The MEP Issue urgent plans for the chemical enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Shandong provinces
The pollution is forcarst to last since
from Nov 2016 in many cities, according to a notice released by the province`s
Air Pollution and Control Office.
After experience frequent bouts of smog,
the Chinese public has become increasingly sensitive to the health hazard. To
address public concerns, the government aims to cut the density to inhalable
pariculate matter by at least 10% percent in major cities by 2017.
Facing with the fog and environmental
problems, the Ministry of Environmental Protection(MEP) made an urgent plan to
push forward the air quality forcast to Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei and Shandong
provinces. It's requested to promptly issue the corresponding levels of heavy
pollution weather warning, and effectively implement the emergency plan
provisions of the emission reduction, limiting production, suspension and other
measures.
It`s common sense that , the limited
production of chemicals , leads direct result of supply reduction in the
market, then price naturally will be pushed up . Since 2016, the price of
chemical products can be said to follow one after another. The most obvious is
the domestic rutile titanium dioxide in the beginning of 9300 yuan / ton, is
now up to 14,000 yuan / ton. Neopentyl
glycol from 6,000 yuan / ton rose to 13,800 yuan / ton .The BCDMH , and Uric
Acid prices have also risen since from the second half of the year .Therefore, regarding
the current situation, the chemical industry will once again set off price
increases.
